If you wish to order from countries or regions not listed above, please contact us via contact form. We will assist you individually.

Shipping Method

  • Orders are shipped via DHL or EMS
  • Our team selects the most suitable shipping method based on destination and products
  • You do not need to choose the shipping carrier yourself

Delivery Time

  • Standard items: Shipped within 5 business days, and delivered within 7–14 business days (varies by country or region)
  • Made-to-order or bulk items: It takes approximately 30–60 days for the items to arrive at your doorstep.

Fees

  • Product prices include shipping, import duties, taxes, and handling fees
  • No additional charges will be incurred

Tracking Information

  • After shipping, tracking numbers will be emailed to you.
  • You can monitor your order on the carrier’s website, so you can track it with peace of mind.

配送方法

ご注文いただいた商品は、DHLまたはEMSにてお届けします。

発送先や商品に最適な方法を当店スタッフが選択しますので、お客様ご自身で配送業者を選ぶ必要はありません。
