Ordering

We accept credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, we are unable to accept cancellations as the order may have already been handed over to the shipping carrier or entered the production process.

If you wish to modify your order, please cancel it first and place a new order.
For changes to the shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the item has been shipped, we are unable to make any changes.

 Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your purchase. Please review the email to ensure all information is correct. If you do not receive the email or notice any mistakes, please contact us as soon as possible.

If you haven't received a confirmation email within a few minutes of placing your order, please check your spam or junk mail folder. If it's not there, please contact us with your name and the email address you used at checkout, and we will assist you promptly.

 If you are interested in purchasing 10 or more of the same item, or a total of 20 or more items across different products, please contact us before placing your order. We will assist you with product availability, shipping options, and any bulk order benefits.

We ship using EMS or DHL, depending on the destination country, shipping cost, and estimated delivery time. Our team will select the most suitable shipping method to ensure your order is delivered reliably and efficiently. You do not need to choose the shipping carrier yourself.

Orders for standard items are typically processed and shipped within five business days.

Delivery times vary depending on the products you ordered, your location, and the shipping method. On average, international orders take between 7 to 14 business days to arrive. You will receive tracking information once your order has been shipped to help you monitor its progress.

For made-to-order items or large quantity orders, production may take additional time, so it takes about 30 to 60 days for the items to reach you. We will contact you as soon as your items are ready and the shipping date is confirmed.

 If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will do our best to update the address. Please note that we may not be able to make changes once the order has been
dispatched.

All orders are shipped from Tokyo, Japan.

 If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery time, please check the tracking details sent to you via email. If there is no tracking information or if you still haven’t received your order, please contact us with your order number, and we will help resolve the issue.

Returns & Exchange

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days after you receive the products. Returns and exchanges will not be accepted after 7 days, even in the case of defective items.

● If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at store@alwazn.co.jp
  • Be sure include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or videos of the item and packaging
  • Do not dispose of the item and its packaging until we provide further instructions

Depending on availability, we will:

  • send you a replacement item
  • or, if a replacement is not available, issue a refund.Refund will be made by canceling the original payment (if possible), or by transferring the amount to a bank account under the same name as the person who placed the order.

●If you wish to return an item for personal reasons (e.g., changed your mind):

Returns or exchanges for personal reasons are accepted under the following conditions.

  • The item must be unopened and unused
  • Made-to-order items cannot be returned or exchanged
  • You must contact us within 7days of delivery at store@alwazn.co.jp
  • Return shipping costs must be paid by the purchaser

Once we receive and inspect the returned item and confirm there is no damage, we will process :

  • An exchange (if requested and available)
  • Or a refund which will be made by canceling the original payment (if possible), or by transferring the amount to a bank account under the same name as the person who placed the order.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please follow these steps:

  1. contact us within 7 days of delivery at store@alwazn.co.jp and including your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or videos of the item and packaging.
  2. Do not dispose of the item or its packaging until we respond. We will evaluate the issue and provide return or refund instructions.

Depending on the situation, we may send you a replacement or offer a full or partial refund. Refunds will be issued by canceling the original payment (if possible), or by transferring to a bank account under the name of original purchaser.
