1. General Terms

This policy applies to all purchases made through our online store.

Upon receiving your order, please promptly inspect the item(s) and verify the contents against the delivery note.

2. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement.

After this period, we may have already handed your order over to the shipping carrier or begun preparing made-to-order items, in which case cancellations will no longer be accepted.

3. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • Wrong item delivered
  • Item damaged during shipping
  • Defective product

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for customer convenience (e.g., change of mind, wrong size/color ordered, etc.).

To be eligible, the product must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.

4. Shipping Costs for Returns

If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item, defective product), we will bear the return shipping costs. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for shipping charges.

5. Refunds

Upon approval of your return, refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

キャンセル、返品・返金の規約

当ストアではお客様にご満足いただけるよう努めております。以下はご注文のキャンセル、返品、交換、返金に関する規約です。

1. 総則

本規約は当オンラインストアでの購入に適用されます。

商品到着後は速やかに内容物をご確認ください。

2. キャンセルについて

ご注文から24時間以内であればキャンセル可能です。

それ以降は、発送準備や製作が開始されている場合があり、キャンセルはお受けできません。

3. 返品・交換・返金について

以下の場合にのみ返品・交換・返金を承ります。

  • 誤った商品が届いた場合
  • 配送中に破損した場合
  • 初期不良品の場合

商品到着後7日以内にご連絡ください。

お客様都合（注文間違い、イメージ違いなど）による返品・交換・返金はお受けできません。

返品対象商品は未使用・未開封で、お届け時と同じ状態である必要があります。

4. 返品時の送料

当店の不備による場合（誤配送、不良品など）は当店が送料を負担いたします。それ以外の場合はお客様負担となります。

5. 返金について

返品が承認された場合、ご購入時のお支払方法に基づき10営業日以内に返金処理を行います。返金処理の完了までの時間は決済会社により異なる場合があります。
